We spent my birthday weekend in Vegas and Dan
surprised me with a convertible rental for one of the days while we were there! What a fantastic place to drive a convertible! It was a total blast cruising down the strip both in the day and at night.
The
best part was that my BFF and her hubby flew in to Vegas the day we rented the convertible so we got to cruise up and down the strip and see Vegas from a whole new perspective.
We even took the opportunity to head to very edge of the strip to see the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign, which I'd never seen before, even though I've been to Vegas several times. Just a note, probably best to see it during the day if you want a good picture with it. After multiple attempts, we just couldn't get a photo to turn out well of both us and the sign. Oh well.
In the end, I decided that I enjoyed riding in a convertible much more than driving it.
